On September 19th, we're delighted to be joining representatives from Oracle at the Montenotte Hotel right here in beautiful Cork.

It's shaping up to be a morning of fascinating talks on a range of topics that any cloud-native enterprise or institution could benefit from.

10:00 - 10:45 – Eoin Hardwicke and Mike Hogan, Ascend Cloud Solutions

These days, cloud solutions are ten a penny– but they'll cost you a bit more than that. In this landscape, it can be difficult to choose one solution over the other.

In this talk, Oracle's Jeremy Nagle gives you the lowdown on Oracle Modern Data Platform. This offering dramatically simplifies the end-to-end data lifecycle – and gives you actionable insights at speed.

If you feel as though your data is sprawling out of your grasp, Modern Data Platform provides you with a single platform that helps you collect, curate and manage all your assets, be they transactional, warehouse, analytical, or related to AI and ML.

Then there's Oracle 23ai – a database which, as its name suggests, harnesses the ever-evolving power of AI to furnish you with data-driven business insights.

For more than four decades, Oracle Database has given enterprises the ability to efficiently manage, store and retrieve huge quantities of data. But its latest offering, Oracle Database 23ai, does things a little differently.

It's as robust, scalable and secure as its predecessors. But 23ai also focuses on helping developers and DBAs to develop and run data-driven apps.
